Foolproof Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1 to 2 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy pan over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly over buttered pan. Chill until firm.
