President Paul'S Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 shake seasoned salt
    1 shake Tabasco
    8 fresh bakery buns
    2 fresh tomatoes
    1 onion
Preparation
    So you take this meat and divide it up into 8 sections (about the same size).
    You pat it until each one is thick and round. Then you shake seasoned salt and Tabasco on each one.
    You put them on a covered grill and cook for about 8 minutes.
    Start with about 2 minutes on each side.
    When they are almost done (about a minute to go), put on Swiss cheese and cover again.
    Slice tomato and onion and serve in a bun.
    Ketchup and mustard optional.
