Jewish Coffee Cake(Quick Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together baking powder, salt and flour. Add sifted mixture alternately with milk to shortening mixture.
