Red Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomato juice
    2 onions, diced
    20 drops each: cinnamon and clove oil
    8 c. white sugar (can use part saccharine)
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. vinegar
    8 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil down juice with onions about one third.
    Mix in sugar and cornstarch.
    Add rest almost at the last.
    Seal in jars.
