Rice With Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rice (regular)
    4 soup spoons cooking oil
    3 medium carrots
    2 little sprigs parsley
    1 dark red chile pepper
    1 can tuna
    2 c. cooked chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Soak the rice in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse well. Fry in the oil for 5 minutes with the dark red chile pepper and the garlic.
    Add the finely chopped carrots and one whole washed carrot.
    Add the chicken broth and parsley; salt to taste.
    Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes at low heat.
    Put in a container with the other carrots and rest of the chile pepper.
    Mix in tuna.
    Enjoy yourself and lick your fingers happily.
