Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, mixing until blended.
Add pecans and water.
Mix well.
Add vinegar last. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
