Curried Pork With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork or chicken
3 ribs celery
2 medium size onions
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
red pepper to taste
a dash or two Tabasco
salt to taste
slivered almonds
Preparation

Cut garlic, pepper, onions and celery into small pieces; saute in butter or margarine.
In a separate pan, saute the pork or chicken, cut into strips.
When the vegetables are tender and the meat is browned, add both together.
Add the seasonings, along with the almonds and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice or pasta.
Steamed or candied carrots would compliment well.
