Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    bag of Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; drain well.
    Saute onion and pepper; add to meat mixture.
    Add soup and mix well.
    Pour into a Pyrex dish.
    Layer with cheese.
    Arrange Tater Tots on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts and Tater Tots brown.
