Cucumber And Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    3 navel oranges
    salt
Preparation
    Peel, halve and seed cucumber.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Working over a bowl to collect juices, peel 2 oranges with a paring knife, cutting right down to the flesh to remove all white pith. Cut sections away from membrane.
    Measure 3 tablespoons juice.
    If necessary, squeeze more juice from the third orange.
    Combine cucumber, orange sections, juice and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Toss to coat.
