Betty'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and grated
    2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (reserve 1/2 for topping)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large casserole.
    Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
