Hamburger And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 cans water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and add rest of ingredients.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    The last 15 minutes, uncover and top with chow mein noodles.
