Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 lb. 1-inch thick steak
3 Tbsp. oil
6 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped and seeded
2 medium onions (1/4-inch slices)
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Sift together.
Put in deep dish.
Coat steaks on both sides and pound in with side of saucer. Cut steak in serving size pieces.
Brown in oil in Dutch oven. Do not crowd.
