Soy Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 green onion (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat.
    Marinate
    meat in a nonmetallic container.
    Marinate in refrigerator
    for
    8
    hours
    or 2 hours at room temperature before cooking.
