Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1-1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crackers in large bowl.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Crumble crackers mixed with some melted margarine over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
