German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done (drain).
    Slice thin.
    Add bouillon cubes to one cup boiling water; let dissolve.
    In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, parsley and onion.
    Put a layer of sliced potatoes in a separate bowl; spoon on some of the mixture from the other bowl. Continue until all potatoes and mixture are used.
    Add salt and pepper.
