Mexican Dipfort Collins, Colorado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    12 oz. chedder cheese
    6 oz. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 med. onion
    1 small can jalapenos
    1 can whole tomatoes (diced)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground beef and onion.
    Put all ingredients into crock pot and melt.
    Garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
