Tropical Meat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced ham or cubed chicken
    3 ripe bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives or 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together.
    Serve in a lettuce lined serving dish or in a half pineapple shell.
    Garnish with olives if ham is used or chopped walnuts if chicken is used.
    Yields 6 servings.
