Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 level Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 to 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 level Tbsp. sugar
    salt
    pepper
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Chop cabbage.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper and onion.
    Add vinegar and beaten egg, stirring well.
    Pour over cabbage and toss.
