Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini (1 big or 2 small)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. drained plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 stick margarine
    6 oz. dry herb dressing mix
Preparation
    Wash and slice zucchini.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Mix soup, onion, yogurt, carrots and cooked zucchini.
    Melt margarine.
    Add to it the stuffing mix.
    Place three-quarters of stuffing in bottom of buttered casserole.
    Pour zucchini mixture over stuffing mix.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
