Microwave Vegetable-Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 meaty soup bone
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. carrot, diced
    1/2 c. barley
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 c. water
Preparation
    In a 5-quart casserole, combine ingredients. Stir and cover. Set microwave to Defrost at High (10) for 60 minutes. Then cook at Medium (5) for 99 minutes.
    Turn casserole 1/4 turn twice.
