Souffle Casserole(Using Cooked Chicken, Turkey, Shrimp Or Tuna.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. meat
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk or less
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can undiluted mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to your taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Dice 4 slices of bread.
    Place in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix (large) bite size pieces of meat with mayonnaise, pepper, onion and celery. Spread over diced bread. Trim crusts from remaining 6 slices of bread.
    Place whole slices of bread over meat mixture. Beat eggs until frothy. Add milk. Pour over bread slices.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
