Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
4 1/4 c. flour

Preparation

Cream sugars and oleo until light and fluffy.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla, beating until ingredients are combined.
Add flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.
Mix until it is combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
