Taco Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
shortening
2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
Preparation

In 3-quart bowl, combine taco mix, flour and salt.
In 2-quart bowl, blend egg and milk.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture.
Fry in hot shortening.
