Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped or sliced almonds
    2 c. sliced fresh apples
Preparation
    In bowl, with a spoon, mix the ingredients in the order listed.
    Fold
    the\tnuts
    and
    apples in last, to form a thick batter.
    Put
    mixture
    in
    a 10-inch glass pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    to
    375\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cooled.
