Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Put flour in bowl and mix in yeast, salt and oil.
    Add water and work/knead until velvety smooth.
    Put in bowl; cover with cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
    Punch down.
    Knead 5 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves in greased pans.
    Cover with cloth and let rise until doubled.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake for 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more.
    It will sound hollow when tapped.
