Don'S Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef tenderloin
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Purchase 4 to 5 pound beef tenderloin.\tAsk butcher to trim and tie the tenderloin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Over a hot grill, cook about 1 hour (depending on the weather) for medium. Turn about every 5 to 10 minutes. Let it set for about 15 minutes before slicing.
