Texas Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 c. pecans
    1 (8-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1 cup sugar; add lightly beaten egg yolks, butter, milk and pecans.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thick.
    Pour into crust.
    Top with meringue:
    3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
