Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    1 can drained green peas
    4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cooked crumbled bacon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, peas, eggs and onions.
    Spread mayonnaise on top.
    Top with cheese and bacon or bacon bits.
    If kept wrapped, this will keep several days.
