Sirloin Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
    cherry tomatoes
    small whole onions
    mushrooms
    green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, mustard, pepper and garlic.
    Mix well.
    Add meat and let stand 2 hours.
    Drain and reserve marinade.
    Thread meat on skewers alternating with vegetables.
    Broil over hot coals 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade; or broil in oven 3 to 5 minutes from heat until crispy brown.
