Onion Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    7 c. Vidalia onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute
    onions
    in margarine.
    Combine rice, onion, half and half
    and
    cheese.\tPlace
    in
    9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
