Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 (6 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (8 oz. or 16 oz.) block Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken, debone and save broth.
Add deboned chicken to cooked spaghetti.
(Drain most of broth from spaghetti.)
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add tomatoes and cheese. Cover until cheese melts.
Stir and serve.
