Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour water over yeast and set aside.
    Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan.
    Heat until lukewarm and butter melts.
    In large mixing bowl, beat the egg.
    Add the yeast and milk mixtures with 1 cup of flour; beat well.
    Add enough more flour to make soft dough.
    Knead until smooth.
    Place in a greased bowl and cover.
    Place in refrigerator overnight or several hours.
