Chicken Barley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and cut into pieces
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. regular pearled barley
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or large saucepan combine tomatoes with their liquid, celery, carrots, chicken broth, 1 cup water, onion, barley, parsley, basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover.
    Place on medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
    Add chicken to mixture.
