Passover Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar and extra for apples
1/2 c. matzo meal
4 to 5 apples
lemon juice
cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and slice apples (as for pie).
Add a little sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Set aside.
Beat 3 eggs and add 1/4 cup sugar and matzo meal.
Fold in apples.
Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
