Cranberry Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

5 c. sliced apples or pears
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cranberries
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix apples, 1 1/4 cups sugar, cranberries, tapioca, cinnamon and water in large saucepan.
Let stand 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Pour into 2-quart baking dish; dot with 2 tablespoons margarine.
