Klub(Potato Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated, raw potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. fresh or salt pork
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pork.
    Shape into balls with your hands.
    Put small pieces of pork in center of dumpling.
    Add enough flour to keep them from sticking.
    Drop them into boiling, salted water.
    Cover and boil 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally to keep them from sticking.
    Serve with butter.
