Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
    1 c. water
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
    16 oz. frozen strawberries without sugar
Preparation
    Combine tapioca, sugar (if using substitute, add to tapioca after cooking) and water in a saucepan and allow to stand for a few minutes.
    Cook until thick.
    Add orange juice, strawberries and oranges.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
