Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix or taco spice
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 3 1/2 to 5 hours.
