Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cream (can use Pet milk)
1 egg, well beaten
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Melt butter in medium size iron skillet.
Add sugar, mixing well.
Slowly add cream, stirring constantly.
Add some of the hot mixture to the well beaten egg and stir in.
Cook slowly until consistency of custard.
Set aside to cool.
