2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice until light and fluffy.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with your favorite topping.
