Rice Salad Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant rice
    1 c. cucumber, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green onions (with tops)
    1 can mushroom pieces (small)
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Bring to a boil 1 cup water and add rice.
    Simmer about 5 minutes until water is absorbed.
    Let cool and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Serves 8.
