Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. blue cheese
    1/2 green pepper chopped fine
    onion, grate a small amount
    1 oz. pimento chopped
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    Tabasco sauce, a few shakes
    Salt, pepper, garlic salt, a few shakes each
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a bowl
    Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Can be frozen.
