Chicken Stuffed With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and flattened
4 servings rice
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Cook rice.
To rice add onions, green pepper, tomato, salt and pepper.
Toss well.
Stuff breasts (secure with toothpicks, if needed).
Place in baking dish or pan.
Mix together mushroom soup, water and sherry.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
