Madrigal Marinated Carrots(Serves 50) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 10) can baby carrots, drained
4 to 8 oz. butter
1 oz. chopped fresh parsley
4 medium onions, sliced
4 small green peppers, sliced long
1 (51 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 lb. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Add onions and green peppers. Heat remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Marinate 12 hours or more.
Drain to serve.
Serve hot or cold.
