Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 beaten eggs
    6 large fresh flour tortillas
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 chopped tomato
Preparation
    Saute sausage in skillet until brown.
    Stir until sausage is crumbly.
    Drain sausage well.
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter in skillet until tender.
    Add eggs.
    Cook and stir until eggs are set.
    Spoon eggs and sausage onto tortillas.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Spoon sour cream over cheese.
    Arrange tomato on top.
    Fold tortillas in half to serve.
