Easy Basic Sandwich Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. bread flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
2 to 3 c. additional flour
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast together.
Add water and stir until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Mix in additional flour, one cup at a time.
The third cup should be kneaded in until dough is elastic.
Pour small amount of oil on dough.
Let stand in warm spot to rise until doubled (about 40 minutes).
Divide the dough in half and knead each half until smooth and formed into loaf. Place in greased pan and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
