Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 ears fresh corn
4 slices bacon, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 medium potatoes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Clean corn and cut from cob.
Peel and dice potatoes.
Start bacon in skillet, then add potatoes.
When bacon is about crisp and potatoes are getting soft, add remaining ingredients and fry over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
