Instant Easter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (use juice)
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple, drained
    1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
Preparation
    If desired, reserve a few chunks of pineapple and some Cool Whip for garnish.
