Old Time Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift into a large bowl the flour, salt, soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Cream butter light and fluffy.
Add sugar to butter, beating well.
Add eggs and milk to cream mixture.
Stir in molasses.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into buttered pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until done.
