Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 onion, finely chopped
2 oz. pepperoni, diced
1 small clove garlic
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. chicken broth
dash of pepper
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and finely chop.
Melt margarine in frypan.
Add onions, pepperoni, green pepper, garlic and stems. Cook until tender but not brown.
Add crackers, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in broth.
Stuff caps, rounding tops.
Cook in shallow baking pan in 1/4-inch broth. Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
